Effective Communication Managing Conflict

This practical workshop will help you build more productive relationships.  It covers all elements of communication, including both skills and processes. Work is personally tailored to each individual's strengths and current situation. There is plenty of opportunity to consider real work issues and plan how to deal with them.

The workshop will be partly activity based with exercises and role plays for experience and practice.

Successful Negotiation

Covering the key principles of tactical, process and principled negotiation, this course will enable you to plan and apply proven techniques to a set of case studies, including a major three way negotiation.

Getting to Commitment - One day Seminar 

This seminar looks at some of the underlying dynamics of core unconscious communication processes that are at work in any team situation.
