What is Potential?

Potential is that of which each of us is capable.

Potential is the sometimes latent Talent that is present in each individual.

Many organisations know their people’s capabilities but are more aware of their limitations. Working with ID will give you the confidence to focus on and work with the strengths of your people to enhance performance and create excellence.

So much time and effort seems to go into assessing what people’s weaknesses are and focusing development opportunities at patching over them. This requires more effort and therefore drains our energy and causes stress and at best only ever achieves mediocrity.
